It’s important for us at the Chamber to remind ourselves that we are the Australia–United Kingdom Chamber of Commerce - and that means engaging with and connecting to the wider business community right across the UK, not just London. As our Chamber Chair, Dick Porter, often reminds me: “London is not the UK, and the UK is not London!” With that in mind, we’re delighted to be hosting two events in Manchester this October. These will be a chance not only to connect with members who have their headquarters or branch offices in the region, but also to engage with the broader Australia–UK business community in the North West.
